RTD FASTRACKS

DENVER UNION STATION Lead consultant of the public outreach for external stakeholders on the $478M redevelopment of Denver Union Station.

NORTH METRO COMMUTER RAIL LINE Responsible for developing and implementing the DBE/SBE and WIN programs for this $400M commuter rail project.

EAGLE P3 Developed and implemented the DBE/SBE programmatic components for the $2.3B design/build/operate and maintain commuter rail line.

I-225 CORRIDOR Developed and implemented the small business program for the $420M design/build light rail project.

CENTRAL RAIL EXTENSION MOBILITY STUDY Responsible for the Community Leader Outreach/ Engagement strategy and implementation. The CRE Mobility Study will identify a preferred transit alignment and mode to deliver service.

CHICAGO TRANSIT AUTHORITY

RED PURPLE MODERNIZATION PROJECT Serves as the DBE Consultant for the $2.3B project which is the largest in CTA’s history. Develop the DBE program to include: outreach, supportive services, procurement strategy, contract compliance, capacity building and mentoring.

COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

C470 MANAGED EXPRESS LANES Responsible for communications and Public Information on this $300M project.

US 550-160 Responsible for developing and executing the Civil Rights Plan and Subcontractor Management Monitoring, including the Davis Bacon Act, OJT reporting, DBE utilization, B2Gnow and LCPtracker Compliance reporting.

COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

CENTRAL 70 Served as the DBE Strategic Advisor to the CDOT Project Team. Assisted in the creation of the DBE/ESB and Workforce Development portions of the RFP for this $1.3B P3.

WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

SR-520 MONTLAKE TO LAKE WASHINGTON I/C AND BRIDGE REPLACEMENT Develops, executes, and manages all aspects of the MSVWBE Diversity and Inclusion Program. This $500M project represents WSDOT’s commitment to Diversity and Inclusion and will serve as the baseline model for future projects.

DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (DEN)

CONCOURSE GATE EXPANSION Serves as the MWBE Program Manager on this $655M project. Develops the Small Business program to include a comprehensive capacity building initiative that will ensure prompt payment and incorporate mentoring arrangements and supportive services. In addition, provides ongoing contract compliance, monitoring and reporting.

GREAT HALL DESIGN REALLOCATION PROJECT Responsible for outreach, compliance, and monitoring all aspects of the MWBE Program.

COMMERCE HUB Strategic advisor for the development of the business diversity and outreach program at DEN.

SOUTH TERMINAL REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT Strategic MWBE Consultant to the Program Manager for the $500M Hotel and Transit Center.

O’HARE AIRPORT

T6 TERMINAL Developed a model capacity building program for the $1.6B design project. T6 project as a joint venture of Bechtel and five minority and women owned businesses.

T5 TERMINAL Developed the MWBE Program for the $600M design/build project at the International Terminal at O’Hare Airport.

CAPITAL PROGRAMS

CITY AND COUNTY OF DENVER

NATIONAL WESTERN CENTER Supports the PMT in the development of a model workforce strategy and MWBE Program for the National Western Center. Serves as “Biz Navigator”, to connect MWBEs with opportunities and also is the Ombudsman for any NWC small business challenges/issues. This program is a model for best practices for small business and workforce development for CCD.

DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION Serves as small business advisor to create an agency-wide utilization plan.

CENTRAL PUBLIC LIBRARY REDEVELOPMENT Responsible for MWBE outreach and compliance for this $143M project.

UNIVERSITY OF CHICAGO HOSPITALS

Developed the MWBE and Workforce program for the $150M ambulatory center.

NORTHWESTERN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL

Developed the M/WBE and Workforce program for the $670 million redevelopment.

COOK COUNTY HOSPITAL

Developed and implemented the MWBE program for the new $400M hospital.

ADVOCATE HEALTHCARE

Developed the Corporate Supplier Business Diversity program.

EMERGENCY 911 SYSTEM

Developed the MWBE and Workforce program for the $211M Emergency 911 System for the City of Chicago.

VILLAGE OF OAK PARK, ILLINOIS

Developed the procurement and contracting program to ensure the participation of MWBEs and local businesses.
